I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly, making sure that I had everything I needed. The hotel is conveniently located close to the metro station, making it easy to get around this city. The cleanliness and the breakfast were also excellent. I had a wonderful experience staying here. The location is hidden away behind a wall, making it quiet and relaxing on a street that all the taxis seemed to struggle finding. The room service was top-notch and I appreciated the amenities such as the ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The spa was amazing with its sauna, swimming pool, jacuzzi, and Turkish bath. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious stay.

fairly clean, good value hotel, its location was ideal and short walk to subway station. the staff ensures you have a really great time, they are delightful. sisli is a district that deserves exploring.

The staff were outstanding, the breakfast was tasty and everything was great. My luxurious room had a comfortable decor. The pool was nice, I appreciated it. Reception was fantastic.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly nice and cooperative, especially Mustafa. They even upgraded me to a bigger room and gave it to me before check-in time. The location was perfect, just an 8-minute walk to the nearest metro station. The room had great sound insulation, ensuring a quiet and peaceful stay. The daily room service was excellent, with clean and well-kept amenities. The hotel also offered helpful services like arranging taxis to and from the airport.
Felt so relaxed, no complaints whatsoever.

The room was spacious and comfortable, decorated nicely and with all necessary amenities. the breakfast offered a broad and delicious selection of classic Turkish dishes. Adam, one of the staff members, was exceedingly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The nice furniture with great decor and had tea making facilities. The Wi-Fi was excellent, allowing me to work efficiently. The staff, particularly Mr Adem, were very helpful and accommodating, with good English language skills.

Staff very friendly and helpful, especially Sevde who went above and beyond to assist us, even after her shift. Rooms modern and clean, with comfortable bedding. Great location for shopping and dining. Breakfast was a standout with traditional Turkish options. a pleasant and affordable stay.

We stayed near a train station called Osmanbay which was very helpful in getting around. The hotel was also close to the main street of Nisantasi and not far from the underground. The room was clean with tea making facilities and free Wi-Fi. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure our comfort. We were also able to enjoy a good breakfast and variety of drinks in the lobby.
The SPA services were not readily available.
